We are now looking for a Partner Support Trainee. The Partner Support Team's mission is to provide exceptional customer experiences to all Framery partners (i.e., our dealers) worldwide and support the global Framery Sales Team.
Your diverse daily tasks will include order handling, sales support, and other customer-related responsibilities and projects. You will collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders and work within a team of Partner Support Coordinators. Internally, you'll engage with various teams and functions such as Global Logistics, Planning, Finance, Marketing, and Sales in Framery's dynamic environment. Externally, you will communicate with our partners and service partners globally. The Partner Support team has diverse and engaging tasks throughout the workday while also fostering a great atmosphere of camaraderie.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Framery partners with their inquiries and orders
- Assisting the Sales team with order-related inquiries
- Receiving and checking pod orders from our partners
- Entering & amending sales orders in ERP (Netsuite)
- Sending out order confirmations
- Issuing prepayment invoices
You could be our next talent if you have a natural desire for problem-solving, enjoy operating in an international environment, and have the ability to think like a customer. You are comfortable following KPIs and meeting deadlines and possess a can-do attitude and a proactive working style. Ideally, you already have some knowledge of international business practices and know how to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Additional language skills are considered an advantage but are not mandatory

Practicalities:
This is a full-time and fixed-term position from May to the end of August 2025. We hope you can start on May 5th, but the exact dates can be agreed on together to suit the needs of both parties best. The position is located in Tampere, and we work with a hybrid model - therefore a readiness to visit The Factory (Framery HQ) actively to work with the team and meet colleagues is required.
