People Partner

Your role

People Function unit provides support and guidance to the organization in all people related matters to foster the organization's capability to deliver business strategy and growth. We are now looking for an experienced People Partner to our team in Poland.

Your main responsibility is to drive Heating and Cooling's people matters on a strategic level across the business locations. Emphasis will be on strategic resource planning, competence development and supporting business in leadership development. You will also ensure a high quality of core people process in our business.

Based on your knowledge and interest,  you are also able to contribute to Fortum wide people development initiatives.

As a People Partner you will work as a generalist in the whole People area supporting and guiding managers in their daily people issues.

Your qualifications

We expect you to have a Master's degree in a relevant area and at least 3 years' experience of working with strategic People issues in an international environment. You have strong business and human capital acumen as well as ability to handle several issues at the same time. Experience of working in the strategical workforce planning and activities connected is seen as a strong merit. We also value experience in competence and capability development.

To succeed in this role you need to be solution oriented and have good problem solving skills. You also have excellent collaboration skills and a coaching approach. Fluency in Polish is required as well as a very good command of English.

We are looking for a service-minded person with can do - attitude and the ability to work with several projects simultaneously and to adjust to changing situations.

This is a fixed-term employment contract for replacement, initially until the end of April 2026. You will be based at one of our offices in Poland - preferably Wrocław, but also Zabrze and Częstochowa are possible.
