Product Owner (Order to invoice)

Our client in the media sector is now looking to add skilled Product Owner as part of the Product Information Management OTI (Order to invoice) area in our Front Office Solutions team. You define stories and prioritize the team backlog, while ensuring that development follows the strategy and maintains the conceptual and technical integrity of the features. You are also capable of leading projects on OTI (Order to invoice) area. We expect you to have knowledge and experience in the SAP Order to invoice area and supply chain modules.

You will work closely with OTI Domain Owner, OTI development teams as well as business stakeholders. In this role we expect you to have also a technical understanding of solutions for the domain to drive our OTI area development to the next level with the development team.

Day to day responsibilities:
- Stakeholder management on daily/weekly basis
- Prioritisation in the team backlog
- Participating in all Agile meting/ceremonies
- Collaborating with other Product Owners to mitigate dependencies and risks if there are any
- Guiding and supporting DevOps team members in the daily tasks
- Continuous delivery, development and support to DevOps team
- Leading the projects as a Product Owner

- Strong communicator and team player experienced in Agile way-of-working (SAFe)
- Being a good sparring partner for Product Information Management directors as well as process experts/key users
- Enthusiasm to drive strategic changes to the operations of our development team and stakeholders
- Self-starter, working effectively and independently
- Ability to multi-task and establish priorities in good relation with stakeholders and team

Must have experience:
- Strong proven experience working as a Product Owner at least 3 years of experience is a must
- Previous experience in Supply Chain as a Product Owner
- Knowledge of SAP at least one of the (SD/MM/FI) supply chain modules or in other ERP supply chain systems is seen as an advantage
-Experience in Jira and MIRO Board is nice to have
- Demonstrated cross functional knowledge and collaboration, i.e. ability to look at the end to end process and understand how it fits together.
- Prior experience working in international teams with distributed application development

Location: Helsinki, Finland. At least 1 day per week at office
Language: fluent written and spoken English
Allocation: 100%
Start date: In January 2025 (Interviews earliest in January 2025)
Duration: approx. 3 months with possibility for extension
