About the role
As a Project Coordinator, your responsibilities will be diverse, including organizing program events, managing communication, onboarding new team members, and maintaining documentation. You will document key actions and decisions, prepare meeting materials, and ensure smooth resource management. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders and providing administrative support to ensure efficient program execution. Work tasks
- Organizing and following up on tasks
- Writing minutes of meetings
- Booking and preparing materials for meetings
- Supporting communication and onboarding activities
- Maintaining program documentation
- Providing administrative support
We are looking for
- A relevant educational background (e.g., MSc or BSc in business)
- Previous experience in similar tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Fluency in English; Finnish is a plus
Experience with SAP and/or project management tools like MS Project or Jira is considered an advantage.
