About the role
As KONE Marine's Project Engineer, you will step into a new evolving role and support company's marine delivery projects. Project business is all about communication, so you will get to collaborate closely with your colleagues and multiple stakeholders in material delivery and technical related tasks. The team is based in Hyvinkää 3 days a week with partial hybrid opportunity.

Work tasks
- Deliver project materials on time, within budget, and safely by implementing feasible solutions.
- Verify and book orders, manage material delivery times, prices, quality, sourcing, and logistics
- Coordinate steel structure and company's material deliveries from manufacturers to site
- Handle supply project variations, scope management, and change management activities
- Maintain communication and B2B relationships with subcontractors, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders
- Support purchasing, resource planning, transport, loading plans, and participate in steering group meetings
We are looking for
- Higher vocational diploma or university degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) in technical or commercial sciences
- Ideally 1-3 years of experience from a similar field
- Ability to manage project manufacturing, design quality planning, sourcing planning and logistics planning
- Project handling and scheduling skills
- Fluent written and spoken English, Finnish is highly desired
