We are looking for two
Quality Assurance Managers, software development
to work in Ponsse Group Global Digital Services & IT Team in Finland.
In this position you will develop and implement a software development quality assurance strategy that aligns with our global objectives. Your responsibility area is in the quality assurance of agile software development in Digital services. You work closely with scrum teams and QA competence team. You will work as an owner of quality assurance process and practices. In your role you'll support scrum teams to succeed and you will have strong role in information sharing for decision making purposes. Coaching and training for the scrum teams in the field of quality assurance are your daily tasks. In this role you have lead responsibility for different QA and testing methodologies, testing tools and environments.
Required qualifications in this role:
- At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance management or test management related roles for software development and digital services
- Experience on different agile quality assurance frameworks, methods and practices
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and continuous release practices
- Good understanding of software life cycle management from the quality point of view
- Good communication skills and a fluency in both spoken and written English and Finnish
As a person, you enjoy leading, supporting and collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners. You are proactive and take initiative. You can manage large entities but paying attention to details is not a problem if . You also have strong problem-solving skills to solve problems and work in a diverse team and see solutions rather than problems.

Your working location will be in Finland Tampere, Kuopio, Iisalmi, Kajaani or Vieremä, but we are working hybrid model. Some amount of travelling will be required in this role.
