We are looking for friendly receptionists to join our team and work for our different clients across Lapland during the winter season 2024/2025.
About the Role:
- You'll be responsible for check-ins, check-outs, and guiding guests to ensure their satisfaction.
- Positions are available in picturesque locations such as Kilpisjärvi, Luosto, Rovaniemi, Pallas, Ylläs, Levi, Muonio, Hetta and Saariselkä.
- Employment period varies depending on the location and workplace, although it is mostly from November 2024 until March 2025.
- We offer full-time contracts (112,5/3 weeks), part-time contracts (for example 60h or 90h/ 3weeks) as well as gig work.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, experience in Nordic countries is a plus.
- Must have EU citizenship/passport or a valid work permit in Finland.
- Fluent level of English is a must, other languages are a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of hotel management systems such as Mews or Opera is a plus.
- Being able to handle multitasking and work under pressure.
- Category B driving license is a plus.
