Robotic Welder for Industry in Sipoo, K.Hartwall Oy Ab

Are you interested in a versatile and meaningful job in the metal industry? We are looking for robotic welders for our partner K.Hartwall Oy Ab in Sipoo for a fixed-term position.

The work is done on weekdays in 3 shifts (morning, evening, night) for one week each shift. You will work in Sipoo in comfortable production facilities, including the manufacturing of metal trolleys. Your working hours are 40 hours per week, and the employment relationship is initially temporary. If you enjoy working in the company and perform well, there may be a possibility for longer employment. The work will start in January-February 2025.

Your work as a robotic welder includes robotic welding of products either independently or with a partner. We hope for previous welding experience or education in the field. The position requires a good physical fitness because the work is mainly done standing and involves handling heavy metal parts. The work may also include other production tasks such as hanging and assembly. We are looking for a person with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn, as well as patience and accuracy in routine production work. The working language in the company is Finnish, Swedish, or English.

The employment relationship is established with Barona Teollisuus. The work is done on weekdays in morning, evening, and night shifts at 6-14, 14-22, and 22-6. The salary is determined by the collective agreement for the technology industry, which consists of a fixed salary component and a variable salary component based on performance, as well as shift work allowances according to the collective agreement. After the first month of employment, the employee's personal competence is evaluated, which may lead to a salary increase. The salary range can vary from €13-16 per hour.

Please note that the workplace is located in Söderkulla, Sipoo, and getting to work requires the use of your own car.
