A.S.Helsingö, a digitally-driven design company, is expanding, and we're looking for a dynamic Sales Advisor to join our remote sales team in downtown Helsinki. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our growth journey, focusing on delivering exceptional service to our Swedish and international customers. A.S.Helsingö is an international design brand inspired by the idea of homes with character, capturing that perfect Sunday feeling. Our collection of kitchens and storage units with Ikea cabinet frames, designed by leading Scandinavian designers and crafted locally by carpenters, is exclusively available through our online store. As we continue to expand rapidly, our products have already reached customers in over 20 countries, all through our dedicated online platform.

Your responsibilities

  • Assist our Planning service customers in Sweden and internationally via online channels (email and video) in selecting the ideal kitchen model, colour and accessories from our collection.

  • Fill customer shopping carts with the desired fronts, handles, taps, sinks, and worktops based on their IKEA kitchen plans. Create installation plans for customers.

  • Offer expert support on all aspects related to the concept and purchase of A.S.Helsingö products.

  • Process orders and manage sales support, along with other administrative tasks.

  • Work closely with the team to continuously improve our services and processes.
