Sales Lead for Algeco Finland Oy

Are you a dynamic sales professional with a technical background and experience in the module or construction industry? We at Algeco Finland Oy are looking for a Sales Lead to join our team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for the rental and sale of relocatable spaces, steel, or wood solutions tailored to customer needs across Finland and be a part of Algeco Finland's Executive team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead marketing and sales activities in Finland and liaison with sales & marketing director Nordics
  • Manage and guide a sales team of 2-3 members
  • Achieve sales targets and implement cost-effective space solutions in line with our product portfolio
  • Design spaces using existing modular systems and design tools
  • Prepare quotations and handle proposals and contracts for customers
  • Acquire new customers and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Participate actively in sales and customer meetings yourself too

Requirements:

 Preferably 3+ years of experience within the industry, 1+ years of experience on team leading and relevant education (e.g., construction engineering, sales, etc.)

 Proven track record of results and experience with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce

 Experience in sales, tender, and contract negotiations in both public and private sectors

 Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English; knowledge of Norwegian or Swedish is a plus

 Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and a hands-on attitude!

 Previous experience on working in an executive team and strategic understanding

What we hope from you:

You excel in influencing customer decisions and negotiating contract terms. Your design skills enable you to create efficient layouts that meet site regulations and project goals. With a solid background in cost estimation, you understand construction projects and can price deliveries accurately. You are proficient in MS Office tools and AutoCAD 2D, you bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, above all! Your experience in people management allows you to lead and motivate a team effectively. Additionally, you hold a valid B driving license and can pass a credit check and SUPO security clearance.

Your expertise, personal attitude, and ambitions can be developed within Algeco. You will lead and do active sales together with our sales team in close collaboration with our Operations team, who mobilize at site, provide customer service and asset management.

Our office in Nurmijärvi is located at Karhutie 1. Commuting to our office is most convenient by car. We have flexible working hours and it's possible to apply for limited use of home office. Traveling must be expected within Finland and meetings within the Group in reasonable amounts.

Additional Information:

This is a permanent, full-time position. Salary according to agreement, typically in the range of 6,000-7,500 EUR per month, with possible bonuses based on performance. Flexible start date, as soon as possible.
