We are looking for

SALES MANAGER, POWER GRIDS

In this role, your main tasks will include sales to targeted global customer groups and the power grid market segment. We have long-term already existing customer relationships, but we are also actively seeking new customers. You will focus on deepening existing relationships and expanding our customer base. The role also involves creating complex proposals, so the candidate must be able to manage demanding products that are offered to customers. A strong command of technology is also a key part of the role.

To succeed, you should already have solid experience and understanding of the industry fundamentals; an educational background (e.g., M.Sc. in Engineering or electrical engineer) and several years of experience in a technical field. You have already experience in Electrical power grids applications in power transmission and distribution areas. Experience in leading sales opportunities, as well as strong contract negotiation and closing skills, are essential. The tasks are challenging and an understanding of power electronics is beneficial. You should also be able to communicate fluently in both Finnish and English, both verbally and in writing.
