Sales Support Engineer, ABB Oy Marine & Ports

WORK TASK

As a Sales Support Engineer, you will join ABB Oy Marine & Ports, Marine Systems, Sales Support team. Your main tasks include communication with client's technical teams to understand their need. You will handle the technical bit documentation, technical system offerings and material to give the best support to ABBs sales team. Also, you take care of the accurate cost calculations. You will assist Technical Bit Managers with extensive projects. This role reports to Sales Support Manager, Marine Systems.

Work is mainly done in office hours from Monday to Friday and your working hours are 37,5 per week. Office is in Helsinki Vuosaari with hybrid working model.

You will be mainly accountable for:
- Communication with clients and internal stakeholders
- Designing technical system offerings, preparing the technical bid documents and related cost calculations
- Working in close co-operation with bidding team for defining optimum solutions to ABB Oy Marine & Ports customers worldwide

As a Sales Support Engineer, you will be employed in a permanent employment relationship, where Adecco will be your employer. Employment starts during October.

WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a great opportunity in a junior position which is an important part of the sales process. Excellent orientation period to get the professional guidance for the role. Salary range for this position is around 3200-3500€ per month depending on your experience and skills.

WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU

- B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering
- >1 years' experience in the sales, design, operation, or service of electrical power systems
- Excellent English skills in written and spoken
- Willingness to occasionally travel, mainly within Europe

Finnish language skills and experience from retrofit projects with power generation and frequency converter drive systems are seen as an advantage.

As a person you are interested in detail and learn new things quickly. You cooperate well with your team members and different stakeholders but also independently.

The person selected for the position will undergo a drug test.
