Sales Support Manager

We are looking for a  

Sales Support Manager

to join our Planning & Fulfillment team in Iisalmi, Finland with flexible hybrid work opportunity. You will be part of the team that takes care of product pricing, commercial and technical sales support, quote-to-order process, and sales collaboration worldwide. You will work closely with different stakeholders including sales colleagues around the world, product line directors, factory operations and R&D teams.  In addition, this role will give you a privileged view on the next era of sustainable mining including zero CO2 battery-electric vehicles, digitalization, and autonomous mine operations.

Main responsibilities and tasks: 

  • Equipment sales pipeline and sales forecast management together with Sales Areas
  • Management of quote-to order process
  • Technical support on customer tendering and quotation phase
  • Pricing and costing of products and options
  • Coordination of quote products feasibility studies and cost calculations
  • CRM business ownership within assigned Sales Areas
  • Know-how of regional legislation and product certification requirements
  • Listening and monitoring market and customer requirements and feeding them into product management and development
     

To shine in this position, we hope you have: 

  • Strong experience in B2B industry, preferably in industrial manufacturing sector
  • Previous experience in international business and knowledge of machinery production
  • Master's or bachelor's degree in engineering or business
  • Good possession of IT systems (CRM, ERP, PowerBI, etc.)
  • Rapid problem-solving skills and capability to work under pressure
  • A "can-do", proactive, and results-driven attitude
  • Ability to cooperate with different stakeholders, from different cultures and regions
  • Team player mindset with strong customer focus
  • Fluent language skills in English and Finnish
