We are now looking for a Senior Engineer, Mechanical Engineering to our Recovery Boiler team in Tampere. We work as a part of the Recovery Business unit developing, selling and delivering recovery boilers to pulp industry customers around the world.

As a Senior Engineer you know our technology and you will become the expert of recovery boilers.

With your expertise you will support troubleshooting cases finding solutions to customer specific requirements.

In this role you will be improving our product competitiveness and managing product-related risks. You will also participate in development work, product standardization and give input to new initiatives.

You are a member of international sales and project teams. You work closely with our customers and with several internal stakeholders around the world.

Expectations

You should have at least a Master's degree in Technology, for example in mechanical, process or energy technology engineering. Most importantly you need to have years of solid experience of recovery boilers and its auxiliaries, on both theoretical and practical level. You need to be fluent in English, both written and spoken. This position requires frequent travelling, sometimes on short notice.

You enjoy working with technology and innovations and you are proud of the quality of your work. You are driven by providing the best possible solutions to meet customers' needs and by improving our product. The best results still come from working together, so you need good cooperation and communication skills to lead your stakeholders towards the common goal.
