Job Description

We are looking for an SEO Specialist who will be responsible for leading client projects from start to finish as part of our SEO-as-a-service offerings. Your role is to help clients grow their organic traffic, increase visibility, and achieve long-term success through targeted SEO strategies.

You will create and implement tailored SEO plans based on comprehensive audits while steering keyword research and content strategy to maximize client results. A crucial part of your role will involve effective communication and collaboration, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure all SEO efforts align with client objectives.

This role is freelance-based, but based on personal and company performance, it can lead to a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• SEO Setup & Configuration:

• Set up and configure websites for maximum search engine visibility, ensuring solid foundations for long-term SEO success.

• Technical SEO:

• Optimize site structure, crawlability, indexability, and page load speed to improve performance and rankings.

• Off-Page SEO:

• Develop and implement backlink strategies to increase domain authority, improve online reputation, and boost search rankings.

• SEO Strategy Development:

• Design and execute comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to client needs, driving sustained organic growth, relevant traffic, and increased lead generation.

• Collaboration:

• Work closely with internal SEO specialists, writers, designers, translators, content planners, link builders, and clients. Effective collaboration and communication across teams are essential.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on SEO experience, ideally within an agency setting or in consulting roles.

• Proven track record in developing and executing successful SEO campaigns.

• Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

• Strong understanding of both on-page and off-page SEO techniques.

• Experience in Technical SEO, including the ability to troubleshoot and optimize site architecture, load speed, and other performance factors.

• Familiarity with Local SEO strategies and tools is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills – the ability to effectively communicate complex material effortlessly, such as strategies, progress, and results to both internal teams and clients.

• You can take on new projects from scratch if you want to but always have the fallback to ask for guidance when you need it.

• It's also ok to delegate or stop doing something if it's not adding value to the customer, the company or your personal growth
