We are looking for a Service Management and SIAM professionals to join us and work together with our customers. You will be responsible for managing Business Technology services as a Service Manager or developing Service Management and SIAM capabilities for our customers. In your assignments, you will generally be engaged directly within our customer organizations, taking on these roles. You will have Sofigates extensive collection of best practices templates and models at your disposal. If you are hungry to learn something new every day, have great communication skills, a positive can-do attitude, and the courage to challenge our customers, you will enjoy working with us.
You will be surrounded by a team of experienced professionals ready to support and share their knowledge at every turn of your journey.
What we expect
- Service Integration and Management (SIAM): You have experience in defining, developing and managing core SIAM processes in an operational environment. Knowledge in multivendor management, ITIL, process automation and data analytics is a benefit.
- Service Management and related practices: You have experience working in a Service Manager role. Practical knowledge in project management, Agile/DevOps and organizational change management is a benefit.
- Good interaction skills and ability to communicate with IT and business organizations in Finnish AND English
