Site Manager for high-voltage line projects

The open position is in the HVL Finland power transmission unit within the Power business, where we help our clients implement the energy transition with services that cover the entire lifecycle of the energy sector. These include the design, construction, and maintenance of power transmission networks, substations, and wind farms. Additionally, the business provides solutions for electric vehicle charging systems and energy storage.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Your primary responsibility will be serving as a Site Manager for power transmission projects
* You will be responsible for the operational management of the site, site reporting, and safety
* If desired, you can also participate in sales phase cost estimation, procurement, and other interesting areas
* Your work locations will be at various power transmission sites across Finland
* Projects involve the construction and maintenance of 110 kV and 400 kV power lines of various scales
Requirements:
* You have experience in the tasks and responsibilities of a site manager in infrastructure construction
* You possess strong project management skills and are capable of leading employees and subcontractors
* Your IT skills are up-to-date, and you can drive things forward effectively
* We hope you are self-directed, organized, and have excellent collaboration skills
* Success in this role requires fluency in Finnish and satisfactory proficiency in English, with Swedish language skills considered an advantage
* You must be willing to work on long-term assignments across different parts of Finland
