We are seeking a Specialist, Salesforce Applications, to join our Sales, Service, and Marketing team in Metso IT Applications. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining applications built on Salesforce platform. In this position, you will report to the Manager of CRM & Services. 

This position is in Espoo or Tampere, Finland, and we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options.

What you will do 

• Contribute hands-on towards development and maintenance of applications built on the Salesforce platform. 
• Ensure fit-for-purpose and secure solutions with respect to the overall enterprise architecture. 
• Provide technical guidance to development and support teams when necessary, including code reviews as needed.
• Collaborate with enterprise and solution architects, other IT development and support teams, and external partners. 
• Play a key role in development projects and are a key stakeholder in the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) development process. 
• Assist Salesforce platform owner in implementing governance and security controls. 
  
   

Who you are 

• Bachelor's or master's degree for example, in Information Technology or Engineering. 
• At least 3 years of hands-on development experience on Salesforce Platform. 
• Experience in extending Sales, Service and Experience cloud capabilities.
• Experience in Commerce cloud, CPQ (configure-price-quote) solutions, Marketing cloud engagement, CRM analytics is seen as an advantage.
• Solid experience in automation (flows, apex) and UX/UI development (lightning web component etc.)
• Good negotiation skills and excellent communication skills in English since you will be collaborating with different stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
