We design, manufacture, and provide advanced technological logistics solutions. Our product range includes forklifts, automation systems, and logistics solutions, along with related services. As part of the global Mitsubishi Logisnext group, we serve as Europe's product development hub.

Location: Järvenpää, just 30 minutes from Helsinki.

What will you do with us during the summer?

This summer, you'll have a front-row seat to experience and engage in customer service tasks related to automated trucks and logistics solutions in the B2B customer interface as part of our Contact Center. You will receive customer support requests, assess their content, and direct them to the appropriate colleagues. Additionally, your responsibilities will include updating customer information and handling requests related to user accounts for the maintenance tool. Our customers are located worldwide, so you'll be communicating in both Finnish and English.

In our Contact Center, you'll be part of a dedicated team of three skilled colleagues who will support you with their expertise. The Contact Center serves as a central hub for customer interactions, managing and facilitating communication across various channels. Our primary goal is to provide efficient and effective customer service, particularly in matters related to Automated Guided Vehicle solutions, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for our clients.

When?

You can start your summer job flexibly in May and work until the end of August.
