As a project assistant trainee, you'll compile and send technical documentation to our clients. You'll assist with organizing work permits, contracts, travel documents, hotel bookings, and other arrangements for site operations. You might also manage the order process including order reception, ERP system entry, purchase order creation, and customer invoicing.
As office assistant trainee, you'll review and correct work time data in our production teams making sure that the data is correct before payroll processing. In this role, you'll need flexibility and commitment to a monthly payroll cycle, as well as proactive and independent way of working when deadlines might be tight.
As team assistant trainee, you'll manage day-to-day office duties such as organizing meetings, preparing materials, handling invoices, and ordering office supplies as well as local communication duties.
We have these summer jobs available in our locations in Jyväskylä, Tampere, or Vantaa.
What do we expect from you?
In these roles we value your attention to detail and numbers. Also, strong teamwork and communication skills are needed as well as proficiency in working with common MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.). We expect you to have good English skills.
If you are studying in bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, communications, finance or similar, these positions might be suitable for you.
You are passionate about learning new skills and willing to share your fresh ideas with us. Your flexibility to do a variety of work assignments is often needed.
