Summer Trainee for Accounts Payable

If yes, then Bluefors could be the place for you this summer! We are looking for an Accounts Payable Trainee for this summer starting as soon as possible. In this role you will be a part of our Finance team with our other Specialists - you will get to work with great ambitious people.

Your tasks will include processing of purchase invoices and the functionality of the internal circulation and inspection process of invoices, and you are in contact with different stakeholders when needed. You are happy to guide and help our employees with questions related to purchase invoices and you participate in other usual tasks in our Finance team.

We are looking for a person who is currently studying in Finance and Accounting related field and have enthusiastic approach to finance and are eager to learn accounting in practice. You get along well in both Finnish and English and your Excel skills are at a good level.

To succeed in this job, you have a proactive approach, flexibility, and the ability to work accurately and responsibly. You like work tasks of a routine nature, you are systematic, precise, solution oriented and can work independently, while being a great team player with good communications skills.

Main responsibilities
- Handling purchase invoices and daily usage of accounting software
- Participating and assisting month-end closing in accounting
- Handling travel and cost reimbursements and company credit cards
- Providing general support in accounting and finance

- Good IT skills (financial management systems and MS 365)
- Excellent command of English and Finnish, both written and spoken
