About the role
Are you passionate about storytelling and content creation? Do you like organizing events and being creative? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!
Our small and dynamic Employer Branding team is looking for a summer trainee to join us from May until August 2025. At Fortum, you will gain interesting insights in a big Nordic company and experience a high learning curve in the area of employer branding. You will actively contribute to strengthening our employer brand by working on your own projects in this area. You will also have a chance to support in our ongoing initiatives. Your tasks will range from developing and updating materials to planning and organizing events and campaigns. In this role, you will get to be creative!
Along with the team, you'll prepare and manage target-specific content for our career website and social media channels. You'll get to know our processes and tools and have a great opportunity to understand the whole business we are in.
About you

In Employer Branding, we work closely with Fortum's Talent Acquisition team so you will be introduced to that area as well during the summer. You don't need to be energy enthusiastic - but after the summer you will be, as you get to dive deeper into how our people are working to power the future of Nordics.
During the summer you will:
- Receive an introduction to your tasks and be supported by your team.
- Enjoy a hybrid work model with flexible working hours, allowing you to balance remote and in-office work.
- Learn about our company, the energy industry, and the sustainable solutions that we are working with.
- Network with other trainees.
- Gain valuable experience, that can lead to a career with us. Many of our trainees continue after the summer, working part-time while continuing studies or as thesis worker.
