As a Summer Trainee - Filtration Services Product Management, you will:
- Join the Concentrate Filtration Services Product Management team with a variety of product and business responsibilities: from hardcore Spare Parts products & business i.e Larox PF Filters, CC filters & Filter cloths - to value selling and managing the Filtration Life Cycle Services solutions
- Support the team in executing the above-mentioned responsibilities by participating and taking over selected work packages defined by the team as part of the yearly roadmap
- Tasks may be specialized more on parts, pricing & data management or value proposition, value selling and services solutions-oriented, or a mixture of nature based on selected Trainee's capabilities and interests.
Who you are
- A higher degree study background in fields such as Chemical/Electrical/Materials/Process Engineering, Business or Industrial Engineering and Management
- A positive and proactive can-do mindset with a strong work ethic.
- Eagerness to learn, develop, and succeed in the role.
- A customer-focused and innovative mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge in SAP, PowerBI, PDM, ENOVIA, or Dynamics is seen as an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Full working proficiency in English.

The expected monthly salary for our full-time trainee roles is between 2065-2875 euros per month. The exact monthly salary for each role is based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits and job location.
Our Summer Trainee positions are primarily targeted at students currently studying at, or recently graduated from, an educational institution in Finland, as well as Finnish students pursuing their studies abroad. Please note that we are unable to provide work permits or relocation services for these positions.
