As a Summer Trainee -in Procurement Analytics at our Espoo location, you will:
- Perform analytics in the area of procurement KPIs, spend trends, supplier prices development, and supplier analysis
- Ensure procurement data integrity and quality in related systems and tools, resolve data quality issues
- Develop and deliver regular reports as well as maintain standard reports and dashboards (e.g., in Power BI or Sievo)
- Support in developing global supplier scorecard
- Harvest and analyse internal tacit knowledge through stakeholder cooperation
- Develop and promote information sharing and collaboration on deliverables
Who you are
- A higher degree study background in fields like Business Analytics, Procurement/Sourcing, Statistics/Mathematics, Data Management, or a similar field.
- Structured and systematic way of working.
- Good skills in MS Office tools, especially in Excel and Power BI.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and projects, driving them proactively with a positive and spontaneous can-do mindset.
- A customer-focused and innovative mindset, along with problem-solving skills.
- Fluent communication skills in English.

The expected monthly salary for our full-time trainee roles is between 2065-2875 euros per month. The exact monthly salary for each role is based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits and job location.
Our Summer Trainee positions are primarily targeted at students currently studying at, or recently graduated from, an educational institution in Finland, as well as Finnish students pursuing their studies abroad. Please note that we are unable to provide work permits or relocation services for these positions.
