We are looking for
Summer Trainees, Treasury back office
to our Treasury Operations and Accounting team in Espoo. Our team is responsible for treasury payments, daily liquidity management, calculation of daily foreign exchange (FX) position for working capital hedging, Treasury accounting and reporting. We are a collaborative group of people with extensive treasury and finance experience. Our work combines understanding of treasury processes, accounting and reporting with accuracy and desire to develop.

Your role during the summer
You will support your team and get the opportunity to deepen your own expertise in treasury back office operations.
You will be taking care of Treasury Back Office daily operative and project related tasks, for example payments, FX and MM settlements, liquidity management and calculation of daily FX position for working capital hedging. On a daily basis, you will be responsible for managing some of our most critical daily tasks, and we encourage you to contribute fresh perspectives and innovative ideas, which you can implement with your team's support. You will work closely with banks, our Market Desk and Group Finance.
The best combination to succeed in this role
We are looking for a reliable and responsible person with a precise way of working also under pressure. You have studies in relevant field, e.g. Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or Law. We also value your good command of IT tools, especially Microsoft Excel and Google tools, preferably also SAP. Courage to challenge opposing views and to suggest new ways of doing things is an asset. You get along in English, Finnish is an advantage.
We also appreciate any earlier experience in taking care of payments or other treasury back office tasks.

The job is located in Keilaranta, Espoo, with excellent transport connections. We work regularly at least three days a week at the office to ensure seamless collaboration and sense of belonging.
The position follows the collective agreement for senior salaried employees. If you are in the early stages of your studies, the minimum starting salary is 2300 EUR. Your salary will also depend on relevant work experience and, for students, the number of completed course credits. We welcome applications from both current students and those who have graduated in 2024. Please note that you must be at least 18 years old at the start of employment. The summer job typically takes place between May 1 and September 30, 2025.
