We are looking for a Tax Specialist to strengthen our Nordic Finance team. As a Tax Specialist, your primary role will be to support St1 both on group level as well as Finnish parent company and subsidiaries in different tax matters. In the near future you will work for example with tax guidelines, tax policy, Pilar II-requirements and transfer pricing.
To succeed in this position, we value broad tax experience and hope that you have worked for example with income tax, international taxation, transfer pricing, VAT, excise duties, company restructurings and M&A processes. There will be opportunity to modify the role based on your expertise. We also expect that you are willing to learn new areas. Part of the work is also to collaborate with external tax consultants when special knowledge is needed.
The role demands strong collaboration skills with both internal and external stakeholders. You will be working closely with accountants, tax colleagues in Sweden and Norway, external consultants, and of course other finance colleagues. Fluency in English is required and because of the need to understand Finnish tax legislation, Finnish language skills are essential. Fluency in Swedish and/or Norwegian is considered an advantage.
