JOB DESCRIPTION
Technical Sales Support function is responsible for technical and commercial customer support, tendering and problem solving.
Main responsibilities:
Provide technical and commercial sales support within Nordic countries and with sister companies globally.
Prepare quotations, including coding and pricing, in coordination with other teams.
Networking and communication with customers, agents, and other JC sites.
Use of SAP, C4C business systems and their relevant modules.
Prepare notifications for customer non compliances.
Maintain product databases and pricing information.
Ensure quality & safety within functions/ tasks performed by himself/herself
Responsible for exercising due diligence towards health & safety of self and others within the organization
Ensure compliance with the applicable HSE instructions, requirements, laws and regulations received from customers, regulatory and statutory bodies
Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or other relevant field
Solid work experience in the process industry, especially with mechanical seals and rotating equipment
Highly skilled in MS Office Suite, previous experience with SAP and C4C ERP system is a plus
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
Attention to detail
Team player
Interested in learning new things and developing yourself
Fluent Finnish and English language
In this position you will report to Internal Sales Manager Nordics.
