Job description
We are looking for a trainee to join our supplier excellence team in Vantaa.
This is a good opportunity for a student who is able to work part-time (average 15-20 h / week) with a 4-6 months fixed-term contract.
This is what you'll be doing:
- Supporting the shift of the Supplier Excellence team towards higher degree of maturity and towards higher value creation for GPV.
- More specifically:
- Build the routines for computing the newly created set of KPIs, and the process delivering the monthly report (so called "SRM Dashboard")
- Develop the methodology for measuring periodically the TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) per supplier.
- Make research of the state-of-the-art for Supplier Capability Assessment, and support the creation of such concept for GPV.
- Define an optimized Supplier Contract Management administration (tracking the progress and status for each contract and each supplier)
Job requirements
- Currently studying in B.Sc or M.Sc. in Information Technology or Business
- Fluent in English
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven approaches.
- Strong Excel skills and data visualization tools (power BI) will be an advantage
- Previous experiences in procurement or supply chain will be an advantage
- Previous experiences with data automation in excel will be an advantage
- Ability to work from the office in Vantaa max. once a week
