We are looking for
PRODUCT MANAGER
to join our team at Metsä Board Äänekoski mill.
What is the job that awaits you?
As Product Manager you are responsible for the products of our mill as well as for profitability and product competitiveness. You are the primary contact person for customers and sales in product related matters and you maintain customer relationships and developments together with sales. Product Manager is actively involved in product and business development. You are responsible for technical customer service, also acting as a supervisor for the technical customer service engineer. You drive and support our knowledge of customer needs and processes.
You will be based in Äänekoski.
What kind of skills are we looking for?

Bachelor's or Master degree in e.g. in technology, economics or in a related field

Experience in the board, paper or packaging industry

Fluent communication skills in English and Finnish along with presentation and negotiation skills

Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally

Proactive and independent working style together with a open minded business attitude
