Supply Chain Coordinator

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Supply Chain Coordinator into our back office for Packaging Materials Supply Chain Customer Service for Carton board business. In this role you will be supporting stakeholders cross supply chain process to deliver superior customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Effective resolution for complex order handling issues and deviations
  • Keeping orders up to date in case of production or logistics delays
  • Making amendments to already confirmed orders as requested by the Customer service -team
  • Providing quick and efficient service to front office and other stakeholders
  • Solving inefficiencies in order-to-delivery process by following the BU strategy

You are working in a team of Supply Chain coordinators, and you report to your direct manager. We offer development opportunities for professional growth through trainings, promotions, implementation of state-of-the-art tools, and development projects.

About you 

  • To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in Supply Chain operations in a multinational environment.
  • University degree in relevant field (business administration, economics, industrial engineering, or supply chain management) is preferred.
  • You are agile and have a transparent approach and are not afraid to make decisions.  
  • You communicate easily in English and Finnish (other languages are a plus) in all types of situations and you have a passion for customer service and for implementing best practices in daily work.
  • You should have self-discipline, motivation, and the ability to work independently and take ownership of your job performance. The ability to maintain professionalism and effectiveness under pressure, as well as strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, are considered important.
  • Your problem-solving and analytical skills will be crucial in driving continuous improvement and delivering a superior customer experience. Knowledge of Fenix ERP system would be an advantage
