Front Office Internships for University Students in Luxury Hospitality

Front Office Management and Guest Relations: In a nutshell, a guest relations staff member – often referred to as a guest relations coordinator or guest relations specialist – is tasked with a wide range of responsibilities, including: Managing guests' experiences. Welcoming guests when they arrive and checking in. To ensure that guests have an enjoyable experience.
Guest Relations Officer Skills Responding quickly and efficiently to guests' concerns. Assisting guests throughout the check-in process. Relevant information about amenities and other relevant information for arriving guests. To contribute to the development of customer satisfaction programs.
Receptionist: A receptionist's duties may include answering visitors' questions about a company and its products or services, directing visitors to their destinations, sorting and distributing mail, answering incoming calls on multi-line phones, or handling check-in and check-in. SERGED Associaiton is dedicated to connecting universities, hotels, and students through the Erasmus+ traineeship program, specializing in placements at prestigious five-star hotels. Since 2019, we have facilitated enriching internship experiences that foster professional growth and cultural exchange in the hospitality industry.
Key Services Provided
1. Pre-Contract Management: We assist in the signing of preliminary contracts between universities, hotels, and students, ensuring that all parties understand the internship requirements and expectations.
2. Mentorship During Internship: Our experienced mentors offer guidance and support throughout the traineeship, helping interns navigate their roles in the five-star hotel environment and enhance their professional skills.
3. Post-Internship Certification: Upon successful completion of the traineeship, we manage the certification process, providing official documentation that verifies the intern's participation and achievements.
4. Internship Evaluation: We oversee the evaluation process, gathering feedback from both interns and host organizations to assess the internship experience and ensure quality placements.
