Performance & Reward Specialist, Nordics

This is a great opportunity for a rewards specialist to join our team, as we are a team of professionals driving and developing Performance and Reward (P&R) policies and processes for KONE Nordics countries. We are now looking for a Performance & Reward Specialist, Nordics to join our team for a two-year fixed term position.

This role will be a key member of our P&R CoE team and you will be reporting to the Performance & Reward Manager for Nordics.

As a P&R specialist Nordics, your main responsibilities include:

• Support the use of compensation, benefits and performance management policies, processes and practices throughout the Nordics to help attract, retain and engage employees.

• Support in our annual global P&R processes (salary review, global bonus plan and performance management) with reporting, analytics, training and communication.

• Provide support in analysis and advice on job evaluations.

• Complete salary surveys and conduct external market benchmarks.

• Analyse and evaluate internal and external data and market trends to help inform decision making and to develop our compensation and benefits offering.

• Be the expert user in Workday on P&R related data and programmes.

• Be a part of key projects to develop our offering in compensation and employee benefits.

To be successful in this role:

• You are a team player, eager to learn and you are interested in working in an international, fast-paced and changing environment.

• Knowledge and experience of compensation, benefits and recognition programs.

• You have excellent data analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Good communication and presentations skills.

• Excellent (verbal +written) English skills, Swedish language capability is a benefit.

• Business acumen to partner cross border with key stakeholders P&C BP's and other internal stakeholders.

• Excellent MS Office and digital skills, previous experience in Workday is appreciated.

• You are curious to learn more about Performance and Rewards, you are happy to support process monitoring and implementation in defined areas to support the wider P&R CoE team and business needs.

• You are not shy to ask questions and are curious of finding new ways of doing things, you embrace innovation and are able to come up with new ideas.

This position can be located either in KONE headquarters in Espoo, Finland or KONE Kista office in Stockholm, Sweden.
