Role Overview

As a Senior Specialist, Executive Talent Acquisition at KONE, you will play a pivotal role in executing our global executive recruitment strategy. Working closely with senior stakeholders and hiring managers, you will adopt a consultative approach to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensure a seamless candidate experience, and contribute to strategic projects such as market mapping, talent pipelining, and Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical recruitment expertise with strong project management and communication skills, thrives on variety, and is eager to make an impact in a global organization.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment Management

  • Conduct consultative intake meetings with hiring managers to understand role requirements, offer strategic hiring advice, and align expectations.

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for executive and senior-level roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate selection.

  • Coordinate interview scheduling, gather feedback, and ensure timely communication with candidates and stakeholders.

  • Support with compensation negotiations and offer management.

 

Consultative Approach and Stakeholder Partnership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and hiring managers, offering insights on market trends, candidate profiles, and innovative sourcing strategies.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to align recruitment activities with KONE's business goals.

  • Coach and guide hiring managers on best practices for recruitment and candidate engagement, ensuring alignment with organizational values.

 

Market Research and Candidate Sourcing

  • Use innovative sourcing strategies and tools to identify top-tier talent for executive roles.

  • Conduct market mapping and build talent pipelines aligned with KONE's diverse business needs.

  • Utilize data analytics and external market intelligence to shape and optimize recruitment strategies.

 

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

  • Drive D&I initiatives throughout the recruitment process to support KONE's organizational goals.

  • Develop strategies to attract and hire diverse talent at the executive level.

About You

We are looking for a driven and dynamic professional with:

  • 5+ years of experience in executive search or senior-level recruitment.

  • Proven track record of managing full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment.

  • Expertise in market research, talent mapping, and creating sourcing strategies.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a consultative approach to partnering with senior leaders.

  • Knowledge of international recruitment markets and experience delivering on D&I goals.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in leveraging data and technology for recruitment decision-making.
