We are looking for a Solution Owner for Time and Attendance to play a pivotal role in managing, optimizing, and enhancing the SuccessFactors Time within our HR systems. This position requires a combination of a process understanding with deep expertise in SuccessFactors, particularly in Time and Attendance, to ensure effective project implementation and maintenance going forward.

This is a permanent position. The ideal location for this position is Finland, the United Kingdom, The Netherlands or Germany.
Your role and responsibilities:
You'll be working as a member of the HR Tech Solutions team taking care of your area of expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Management: Lead the overall management of the SuccessFactors Time modules, ensuring they align with the organization's strategic objectives and HR needs.
- Your key responsibility will be the subject matter expert during the implementation project and going forward.
- Implementation and Optimization: Oversee the implementation of new features and functionalities, driving continuous improvements and enhancements to maximize the module's effectiveness. This includes hands-on involvement in the configuration and deployment of the SuccessFactors Time module to meet specific business requirements of complex multinational organisations. The role demands a proactive approach to identify and resolve implementation challenges, ensuring a smooth and efficient rollout of new functionalities.
- Test Case Creation and UAT Coordination: Develop comprehensive test cases and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure that all new features and functionalities meet the required standards and business needs. This involves working closely with HR and Business end-users to validate and verify the system's performance and usability.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IM, and other relevant stakeholders to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure seamless integration with other systems and processes.
- Training and Support: delivering technical training for the HRIS team, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills needed to effectively maintain the SuccessFactors Time module.
- Data Analysis: As the subject matter expert on Time & Attendance help to build the bridge between business requirements and reporting team experts.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure that all processes and configurations within the SuccessFactors Time module comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with Support partners and other vendors to manage updates, troubleshoot issues, and implement new functionalities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on the Time Management module. Proven track record of successful implementation projects, demonstrating the ability to manage the entire lifecycle from planning and design to execution and post-implementation support.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in HRIS systems, particularly SuccessFactors. Strong understanding of employee central and time management processes, configurations, and best practices. Good understanding of release management and integrations. Experience with other Time & Attendance or Work scheduling systems counted as a plus.
- Project work: Proven track record with experience in HR technology projects, from planning and execution to monitoring and evaluation.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset.
- Communication Skills: Good collaboration skills to interact with teams and stakeholders in a multinational corporate environment. Good verbal and written communication skills. The company language is English.
